Realtionship counselling can help you navigate conflict, bridge communication gaps, ease you through life transitions and grow your relationship.
What People Come For
In general, people come to resolve some sort of tension in a romantic, sexual or platonic intimate relationship. This could be due to poor communication, a lack of trust, conflict, difficulties with intimacy, major life changes etc.
Those in polyamorous/ENM/open relationships may also want support in establishing a relationship model that works for all involved and working through the complexity of multiple partner dynamics. This can all be explored in counselling.
You may find that as we work together things come up that you weren't expecting and we will navigate those moments together.
First Session
Our first 1-2 sessions will be about getting to know you, your realtionship history and dynamic, your relationship model (monogamy/polyamory/ENM etc.) and your goals for counselling. We will also go over the client agreement and establish the boundaries of how we will work together.
Number of Sessions
Depending on your needs, the complexity of what you want to work on, your goals and availability we can figure out what will work best for you.
